The food at the hotel was amazing, especially the traditional South Indian dishes. I particularly enjoyed the Indiana Royal. The location proved convenient, granting easy access to nearby shopping areas and restaurants. The hotel offered prompt service throughout my stay. The staff were efficient and attentive to my needs. I found the work desk and Ethernet connection in the room very useful.

Mixed experience. Some issues noted.

the staff was acceptably responsive.
I found a cockroach in the first room assigned to me, room 635. the new room, 302, was quite a walk from the elevator. it lacked a computer table. i am pretty frustrated by the back and forth. This whole situation is quite disappointing.

the location was good because it was close to shops.
The room service was slow and seemed understaffed. It took ages to get someone to take my order. plus, the air conditioning barely worked. I set it to 20 degrees, but i was still sweating all night. it reminded me of i was wasting money for poor service.

The service was quite poor. I found myself waiting an unacceptable amount of time at the rooftop restaurant. it took 25 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, and i eventually had to go find someone to pay my bill because no one came to my table. the staff did not seem particularly apologetic or concerned about this oversight.
